Houses, vacation rentals, and the days life runs sideways.
We keep homes looking the way you wish you had time to keep them. Same crew every visit. Published rates, not mystery pricing. Licensed, insured, fully equipped — you don't buy anything, ever.
Recurring housekeeping
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. Same crew, same checklist, same high bar. You come home to a house that's been cared for, not just passed through.
- ✓Kitchen: countertops, appliances exterior, sink, stovetop, floor
- ✓Bathrooms: tub/shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, floor
- ✓Living spaces: dust, vacuum, mop, trash
- ✓Bedrooms: dust, linens on request, floor care
Deep cleans
The twice-a-year full reset — inside the oven, behind the fridge, baseboards and blinds, the cabinet tops nobody looks at.
- ✓Inside oven, microwave, fridge, cabinet interiors
- ✓Baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, door frames
- ✓Window sills, tracks, and interior glass
- ✓Grout detail and floor edge-work
Move-in / move-out
Buying, selling, or closing out a lease in Humboldt? We clean to landlord-release standards and hand you photos when we're done.
- ✓Full interior wipe-down: every surface, every cabinet, every closet
- ✓Appliance interiors — oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave
- ✓Tub, tile, and grout scrub; toilet base and behind
- ✓Photo documentation emailed on request — for your records or your landlord's
Vacation rental turnovers
Short-term rental hosts in Trinidad, McKinleyville, Avenue of the Giants, and Ferndale — we turn your property for same-day check-ins and send you a finish photo set.
- ✓Standard turnover in 2–4 hours depending on size
- ✓Linens pulled, beds remade to host standard, restock essentials
- ✓Host portal-friendly: we accept Hospitable, Turno, Breezeway, or calendar-only
- ✓Photo set on completion — you know it's ready before the guest knocks
Rate ranges we'll happily publish.
Most Humboldt cleaners hide behind "request a quote." We think that's silly. Every house is different, but you deserve a ballpark before you pick up the phone. Here's ours.
Final price set after a walkthrough (in-person or video). Includes all supplies and tax.

Where in Humboldt County do you serve?
We cover the full coastal corridor from Trinidad down to Ferndale — Eureka, Arcata, McKinleyville, Fortuna, Rio Dell, Blue Lake, Loleta, Scotia, Samoa, Manila, and the unincorporated areas in between. If you're in the county, call us; we've probably been there already this week.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes — fully licensed in the State of California and covered by liability insurance. We'll email you a certificate of insurance before your first visit if your lease or lender requires it.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, always. Vacuums, mops, microfiber, disinfectant, paper-goods restock — everything. You don't buy anything. If you prefer a specific product line (fragrance-free, green-certified, or a brand you already use), we'll use that instead at no extra charge.
How does pricing work?
Commercial contracts are priced by square footage, service frequency, and scope. Residential is priced by size and condition. We publish starting rates during every quote, walk the property with you in person, and give you a fixed monthly or per-visit number in writing — no mystery line-items, no auto-renew traps.
Can you work after hours?
Most commercial work is overnight or early-morning. We carry keys, alarm codes, and a log of who was onsite when. If you need a specific window (open-to-close, weekends only, before-inspection), say so on the walkthrough and we'll build it into the scope.
How fast can you start?
For most commercial bids we can walk the property within 48 hours of your call and start service within a week. Emergency and post-construction cleans are often same-week. Call Gaige directly and we'll tell you on the phone.
Who actually does the cleaning?
A small, steady crew of locals — vetted, trained, and paid fairly. Gaige runs the walkthroughs and quality checks personally. You'll meet him before your first clean, and you'll see the same faces on your property every visit.
